Bringing together over 24 years of experience and an award-winning record in marketing, Tanya built Bamford Strategies as a way to expand her reach to new clientele.
In 2006, Tanya launched her own marketing firm, TCB Marketing LLC, planning and executing proven, high-quality marketing strategies and helped her clients exceed their business goals time and again. Her work encompassed strategic planning and budget development—from brand identity development, content marketing, and traditional advertising services to social media marketing, customer loyalty programs, and special event marketing. Tanya represented clients across a broad spectrum of industries with both B2B and B2C focus—from international logistics firms and law firms, to healthcare companies, remodeling contractors, and a variety of other organizations. In 2010, TCB Marketing was named Small Business of the Year by the Penn Suburban Chamber of Commerce, and in 2016, Tanya was named MVP of the Remodelers Advantage Marketing Pros round table meeting.
In 2018, Tanya was recruited to launch R/A Marketing—a boutique advertising agency, serving the marketing and advertising needs of the remodeling industry. As Managing Director, Tanya actively oversaw daily operations, managed sales and client communications, and served in a consulting capacity. With accounts across the United States and Canada, Tanya interfaced both on-site and remotely with clients, team members, sub-contractors, and vendors to deliver an array of high-quality marketing services.
An acclaimed speaker and educator, Tanya has presented dozens of marketing seminars—including popular sessions on Marketing Planning, Reputation Management, and Brand Intimacy at the KBIS and Remodelers Summit Conferences. She is also a four-time featured guest of the Remodelers Advantage PowerTips Unscripted Podcast and most recently presented a workshop on Lead Generation at the JLC Live Conference in March 2024.
